IPM LTD has been operating in the construction market of Georgia and the Caucasus. Its activities include both industrial projects (construction of roads and hydropower plants) as well as planning and construction of multifunctional and residential buildings.

The company possesses technological bases and construction equipment equipped with modern technologies, namely: asphalt plants, stationary and mobile stone crushing machines, concrete and mobile concrete plants, concrete structures plant, precast concrete products factory, cobblestone and curb manufacturing workshop, spiral pipe workshop, and a quality control laboratory equipped with modern technologies.

Company pays great attention to creating comfortable working and resting conditions for its staff. There is also a training center for technical personnel where employees of the company and young specialists acquire various skills.

IPMS LTD was founded in 2014. Thanks to its professional management team and highly skilled professionals, the company quickly secured a leading position in the Caucasus market.

The company has participated in projects of global strategic scale, such as the East-West Corridor Projects – the E60-E70 project, which represents a key corridor for international trade between Europe and Asia.

Among these projects is the so-called “Project of the Century” – the Rikoti Pass (Chumateleti-Argveti) section. A total of 3,192 people are employed on the construction work of all eight sections. IPMS A proudly represents one of the leading companies involved in this century’s project. Given the company’s main focus on road construction, bridges, and tunnels, we have a leading role in the execution of this significant project.

Also noteworthy is the company’s participation in the construction of the Lachin Corridor motorway, a project connecting Armenia and Azerbaijan. The company played a significant role in implementing this project and, together with its Armenian colleagues, constructed dozens of bridges and tunnels.

The company plans to continue participating in large-scale global construction projects in the future.
